How does the Catch the Ace raffle work?
It is a progressive jackpot raffle where players buy tickets for a weekly draw. Each week, one winner is selected to win the weekly prize and gets a chance to find the Ace of Spades from a hidden deck to win the progressive jackpot.
When are the weekly winning numbers announced?
The winning ticket number and the revealed card are posted on our official website every Thursday evening following the draw at 6:00 PM EST.
Are my ticket purchases tax-deductible?
No. Under Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, ticket purchases for games of chance are not considered donations and therefore are not eligible for charitable tax receipts.
How will I receive my tickets?
After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your digital ticket numbers. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout.
What happens if the Ace of Spades is caught?
If the Ace of Spades is revealed, the winner receives the progressive jackpot, and the current raffle concludes. A new raffle may begin shortly after with a fresh deck of cards.
Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
All ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased and entered into the draw, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges per gaming commission regulations.
